he annual Mullingar Athletic FC presentation ceremony took place on Friday, 6th June in the Annebrook Hotel.
However this was a presentation night with a difference as the real purpose of the event was to pay tribute to Ollie Holmes for his incredible service and loyalty to Mullingar Athletic AFC since the foundation of the club 30 years ago. Organised in the main by Gerry and Tara Hynes, Ollie arrived at the venue where a large number of guests had assembled to pay their tributes to the very popular man. Ollie was greeted with a standing ovation, an honour greatly deserved.
