Taxi companies in Mullingar are currently boycotting Grange after a number of serious incidents in the area.
On Friday, 3 November, a driver from Tommy Begley’s Taxi service was taking a shortcut through Grange when a heavy object was thrown that smashed the back window of the vehicle. There were no passengers in the vehicle and the driver suffered no injuries.
