This may have been a meaningless affair as regards the result, as St. Loman’s had already qualified for the semi-final and Maryland were already safe, but the reigning Westmeath champions still had far too much firepower for Maryland in this very open attacking and carefree championship match played in Hogan Park, Moate, last Saturday evening.
