White Chalk return home after successful tour of Germany

Imagine playing on stage in front of a few hundred people in Mullingar, and then suddenly performing in front of 10,000 people on stage in Munich, Germany! Well that is what local band White Chalk have experienced recently.
The Mullingar based band proved a real hit as they supported well-known performer, Rea Garvey, on his German tour.
White Chalk, consisting of lead singer Conor Quinn from Castletown-Geoghegan, Niamh Kirby on backing vocals, also from Castletown-Geoghegan, Liam O’Reilly from Mullingar on base, Brian Masterson, also from Mullingar, on drums, guitarist Kevin Farrell from Longford, keyboard player Aisling McGrath, also from Longford, and cello player David Doyle from Dublin, have just returned from a tour of Germany which involved 14 concerts over 20 days.
