Killucan Ladies GAA Club has been selected to represent Westmeath in the Lidl One Good Club programme for 2022. Lidl One Good Club was developed in partnership with the Ladies GAA and Jigsaw, the National Centre for Youth Mental Health.
Killucan ladies club will be creating opportunities for all the members of Killucan Ladies and their community to promote positive mental health and support young people.
The five-step programme is made up of simple actions aimed at boosting our mental health and wellbeing. The steps include: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Give and Keep Learning.
