A 245-home development located on the Dublin Road in Mullingar has had a planning application conditionally approved by Westmeath County Council.
The new housing estate will be one of the largest ever constructed in Mullingar, if all goes to plan, and will be the largest housing project undertaken in the town in 20 years.
