Westmeath’s history-making heroes head to Croke Park again next Sunday, following their spectacular victory over Meath, to take on Dublin in the Leinster senior football final.

Tom Cribbin’s charges have been busy preparing for the biggest games of their lives as they tackle the defending Leinster champions, who are bidding for their tenth Leinster success since 2004, the year Westmeath won their first and only provincial title. Jim Gavin’s Dublin side are firm favourites not only for Leinster, but the All-Ireland itself.
