ON SUNDAY next, 16 November, the Irish Road Victims’ Association (IRVA) will hold a special ceremony in Bloomfield House Hotel, Mullingar, to remember victims of road collisions. The event coincides with ‘World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims’ which will see commemoration events take place nationwide.
