The Westmeath Minotaurs have secured a place in the play-offs of this year’s American Football Ireland’s Division 1 competition, with three games to spare.
It has been an electric season for the Mullingar based team who are undefeated since the season began with five wins from five. They are currently three points clear of the Donegal/Derry Vipers with a maximum of 10 points.
The Minotaurs most recent victory came away to the University of Limerick Vikings, a 16-0 hard fought victory.
