The Dominick Street Art project finally reached completion on Friday when Signs Express fixed it in place on the hoarding beside the Post Office.
The project is the result of a combined effort by Dominick Street Traders, Signs Express, the Westmeath Arts Council and An Post to improve the appearance of Dominick Street.
