It is very much a case of working towards the championship for Westmeath camogie as a much-changed side succumbed to a 10-point defeat against an Aoife Minogue inspired Meath in Trim last Saturday afternoon.
Despite an impressive 1-4 from substitute Amelia Shaw after the restart, the visitors were second-best for the majority, both on the scoreboard and in the creative stakes, leading to consecutive defeats in the last seven days.
